1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on luck33, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any gaming content on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the luck33 platform and close your account.

luck33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via a notification on the platform homepage or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of luck33 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the luck33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active luck33 account.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a luck33 employee in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a self-exclusion order active on any gambling platform.

luck33 applies a strict 21+ age verification policy. Upon registration or at any point during your membership, luck33 may request government-issued identification documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) to verify your identity and age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in suspension of your account and any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one active luck33 account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. luck33 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify luck33 immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• luck33 will never contact you to request your password through any channel — treat any such request as fraudulent.
• Account transfers, sales, or gifts to third parties are strictly prohibited.

luck33 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point during your membership. KYC documents may include a copy of your CNIC (both sides), proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC checks are a standard industry requirement and are conducted to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

luck33 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted on the platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in the name of the luck33 account holder. Deposits using payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 (or equivalent in USDT at the prevailing rate).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance.
• luck33 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party banking charges may apply and are outside luck33's control.
• Withdrawals may be subject to standard processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 24 hours on business days; USDT within 2–4 hours depending on network confirmation times.
• luck33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

luck33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is valid for one use per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Certain game types (e.g., progressive jackpots, live dealer baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements — check each promotion's game contribution table.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity window stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• luck33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is found.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies across multiple accounts, or deliberate low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

Players who have active bonus balances may be restricted from withdrawing their real-money balance until the wagering requirement is met, or until they elect to forfeit the bonus. To forfeit a bonus, contact luck33 support via Live Chat. Forfeiting a bonus will result in the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it being removed from your account immediately.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one luck33 account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of software bugs or errors.
• Using automated bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any non-human means to interact with the luck33 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the luck33 platform software or infrastructure.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using luck33 as a vehicle for money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luck33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting a software glitch or erroneous odds to place wagers that would not otherwise be accepted — such bets are void and luck33 reserves the right to recover any related payouts.

7 Gaming Rules & Bet Settlement

All gaming activity on luck33 — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot spins, and arcade rounds — is governed by the specific game rules displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail for matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct; in-game rules prevail for matters specific to game mechanics and bet settlement.

• Cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, or equivalent). luck33 reserves up to 72 hours after a match concludes to settle markets in cases of disputed results or official review.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during an active game session, luck33 will restore the session to the last verifiable state recorded by the platform's gaming servers. Where this is not possible, the round may be voided and the wager returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds displayed at a fraction of their correct value — do not constitute valid offers and bets placed at such prices may be voided at luck33's discretion.
• luck33 reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold settlement on any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, match manipulation, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply and are displayed within the respective sportsbook and casino sections of the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, luck33 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the luck33 platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, loss of data, or service interruptions.

luck33's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luck33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, and third-party infrastructure outages may cause temporary service unavailability. luck33 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of downtime outside its reasonable control.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by luck33 is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at luck33.bio/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

luck33 collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purpose of providing the luck33 service, conducting KYC verification, complying with AML obligations, and improving the platform. Data is never sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data luck33 holds about you by contacting support via Live Chat.
• You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to luck33's legal obligations to retain certain records under applicable financial regulations.
• luck33 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

luck33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring suspension of the account.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC clearance. If your account is closed due to a breach, luck33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck33 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact luck33 customer support via Live Chat to attempt an informal resolution. luck33 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days of receiving full documentation.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
